To enroll a new student, please have the following documents of the student:

 

 

Once all documents have been collected, visit the campus according to your child's grade level to create a parent portal ID and enroll online at the campus. 

 

High School Grades: 7th -- 12th Grade

 

 

All returning students must be enrolled online through the Ascender Parent Portal. 

 

If you do not know your parent portal, please contact the campus secretary according to your child's grade level:

Elementary Grades: Pre-K -- 6th Grade

High School Grades: 7th -- 12th Grade

 

Student Transfer Information for Admission

Applications are considered on an individual basis by the District Screening Committee and final approval will be made by the Superintendent. 

The following documents must be submitted with the Application for Transfer to be reviewed by the committee: 

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunizations
• Current Report Card (Grades 1-12)
• Transcript (Grades 9-12)
• Attendance Records from previous and current school years
• Discipline Records from previous and current school years
• State Assessment Scores
• Proof of Residency (Water/Electricity Bill ONLY)
• 2 Letters of Recommendation (non-family members)

In approving NEW Non-Resident transfers, the Superintendent or Designee shall consider the availability of space and instructional staff, and the student’s academic commitment, disciplinary history, and attendance records. 

 Please print out/provide all documents needed and return to the designated campus front desk secretary depending on the grade level of the student. Transfer Application Committee will contact you if approved/denied. If approved you will then need to come in to your designated campus to complete the online student registration.
